This role owns and leads the strategy and delivery of a flagship brand, while supporting a wider brand portfolio. You’ll shape medium‑ to long‑term growth, bring the business on the journey, and inspire strong brand guardianship across teams. Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver annual brand plans aligned to a longer‑term strategy
- Use consumer insight, category trends and competitor analysis to unlock growth opportunities
- Bring brand strategy to life for key partners through compelling, standout presentations
- Lead agency partners to deliver consistent, high‑impact activity across all channels
- Drive innovation, launching seasonal and limited‑edition products from concept to market
- Manage a rolling 3‑year innovation pipeline and day‑to‑day product lifecycle
- Shape and execute a digital and social content strategy to boost engagement
- Oversee brand P&L, marketing spend and ROI, identifying opportunities to optimise profit
- Work cross‑functionally with operations, NPD and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery
- Support the development and evolution of the brand as a scalable franchise proposition
About You
- Degree‑level (ideally business or marketing related)
- 3+ years’ experience managing and growing a brand, including launches and campaigns
- Confident working with agencies and cross‑functional teams
- Commercially astute, organised and solutions‑focused
- Passionate about brands, consumers and delivering results
